covid-19 safety protocols in ford dealerships

Dear Customer

During this time of heightened concern and uncertainty, we want to assure you that the health and safety of our customers, employees, dealers and partners remains our highest priority.

We have a dedicated global team closely monitoring the coronavirus situation, including following the latest advice from leading medical professionals, and directives from government and local authorities across all our markets, including Australia.

We are planning and acting accordingly to provide safe, efficient, and convenient services and customer care through our Ford dealers in Australia.

Here are the initiatives and safeguards we are offering

Vehicle Pick-up and Drop-off

Participating Ford dealers are offering a Pick-up and Drop-off service for service customers. We’ll pick-up your Ford from your specified location and can provide you with a Ford Service Loan^ car in certain circumstances. Click here to book your service.

Vehicle Sanitation

Key touchpoints in vehicles will be sanitised after a service visit. Dealers will use recommended cleaning products and procedures to help ensure that all vehicles are clean and safe when returned to customers.

Cashless Payments

Cashless payment options are available to help ensure safe and easy payment options for our customers.
